What is the price for delivery?
Delivery is charged at £9.99 including VAT for all orders. Fabrics ordered from multiple suppliers will arrive separately but will only incur one delivery charge.
Can I order samples?
Yes, as all screen resolutions can vary, we would recommend ordering samples of desired fabric from us in advance of placing an order of said fabric to ensure colour is as expected. Samples are charged at £1.00 each inc. VAT. Samples can only be sent to Mainland UK addresses. Sample only orders are mailed free of charge.
Can you supply fabrics that aren’t on your website?
Yes, providing the fabric is in stock with one of our current suppliers, we should be able to order it for you. Please use the contact us form to enquire.
What lengths of fabric can I buy?
You can purchase any of our fabrics per metre. After one metre you can add increments of ½ metre of the same fabric to your order.
Does the fabric come rolled or folded?
Our fabrics are delivered on a roll to avoid creases.
What if I need my fabric to be fire retardant?
All our Upholstery fabrics are treated to domestic FR fire treatment. The contract ranges are treated to CRIBB 5 fire retardancy..
How long will my fabric take to arrive?
Your order will be despatched directly to you from the relevant Mills and should be with you in around 3-5 working days.
Can I return an item?
Only uncut fabric can be returned at customers cost, within 14 days of delivery. Returned fabric will incur a restocking charge, please contact us for this cost. We urge all our customers to purchase samples prior to ordering to make sure they are happy with their choice. Colours on screen can always be slightly different than the actual fabric colour. Please examine all lengths for quality and colour before cutting.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Your order will be packaged in strong wrap to help ensure its safe delivery. If you notice your parcel is damaged when being delivered, please either sign for it as damaged or refuse the delivery if you believe it is too damaged for use. We can then launch a complaint with the courier. Please contact us immediately if you have any delivery issues.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, Invoices are sent out in the post or by email once the fabric has been dispatched.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, we can send your order to any address you provide within UK Mainland.
Do I need to have a business to order from you?
No, we sell to trade and retail customers.
