Delivery Information

We’re very happy to hear from you by phone on 0800 612 8073 or by email at info@fabric-choice.co.uk if you’d like us to confirm availability of any particular fabrics. 

We’re pleased to say that your order will be despatched directly to you from the relevant Fabric Mills and should arrive in approximately 3-5 working days. Delivery is charged at £10.99 including VAT, for all orders. Fabrics ordered from multiple suppliers will arrive separately, but of course you will only pay one delivery charge.

Minimum order

Our fabrics have a very low minimum order… just 1 metre! From 1 metre upwards, you can purchase the same fabric in increments of ½ metre in length.

Samples

As all screen resolutions can vary, we would strongly recommend ordering samples of fabrics you like from us in advance of placing an order, to ensure the colour and texture colour is as expected. Samples cost only £1.00 inc. VAT. Sample only orders will not incur our usual delivery fee and will be mailed free of charge. Samples can only be sent to Mainland UK addresses.

Fabric Cutting & Returns

Please examine all lengths for quality and colour before cutting. Only uncut fabric can be returned at customers cost, within 14 days of delivery. Returned fabric will incur a restocking charge, please contact us for this cost. We urge all our customers to purchase samples prior to ordering to make sure they are happy with their choice. Colours on screen can always be slightly different than the actual fabric colour. Please examine all lengths for quality and colour before cutting.
